EASY Santa Cookies!

I don’t know about you guys, but this momma has ZERO time for complicated Santa cookie recipes… but I DO like to keep Santa happy! ;)

You will only need 4 ingredients for this recipe. (My favorite kind of baking… Santa, too!)

This recipe will make approximately 2 dozen cookies.

EASY Santa Cookies

You will need:

1 stick of butter (melted)
2 eggs (whisked)
1 box of Devil’s Food cake mix
1 bag of Andes peppermint crunch

Instructions:

Whisk the eggs and melted butter together.
Stir in the cake mix until it is smooth.
Add in the peppermint crunch (You can put as much as you desire. I typically use about half of the bag.)
Put in the fridge for about 30-40 minutes for it to firm up.
Use a batter scoop to scoop the dough onto a non-stick pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
